Pipe design: from design to commissioning.

In the area of arrangement and piping engineering, we cover the complete spectrum from the initial draft through the preparation of execution documents and procurement support, to installation coordination and commissioning support – for the refinery, petrochemical and chemical, oil and gas sectors as well power plants.

Our engineers and technicians are characterised by many years of experience in pipe design and arrangement planning. They are knowledgeable in the project and turnkey business as well as in maintenance planning. For an existing plant, we work with the help of 3D laser scanning, if necessary, which allows the on-site surveying to be taken over into digital documents for further planning with real conditions at a one-to-one scale.

Basic and detail engineering in the piping trade

Firstly, our employees start basic engineering with concept determination and draft planning on the basis of the customer’s or process default values respectively. We provide our services in direct dialogue with the directly interfacing specialist trades such as process engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering and Equipment technology. The result is a first cost estimation, which is the foundation for further investment decisions.

In the area of detail engineering, our teams develop true to scale 3D models of future systems and prepare concrete arrangement and piping plans as well as isometrics with bills of materials. With the help of the most modern CAD systems and diverse licences, we are in the position to reproduce your project specific individual requirements and demands in Detail.
